Tata Docomo — Excess of bill - tata photon - acc. nmbr[protected] | |||||
Dear team, Account number[protected] Mobile number - [protected] Name - md. Sajid iqbal hussain Please be informed that i m facing problem in getting the genuine bill from tata photon customer care people. Currently my outstanding bill is around rs 1900/- as per customer care. However the bill should be around 799 or 899.Since i had lost my tata photon during shifting of house in the month of october 2015 at that time my tata photon was already disconnected as i was unable to pay the bill. Though i received bills for november 2015 and december 2015 month for the service which i have not used.I assured every customer care guy that i will pay the bill for the month which i have used the service. But they are telling me to pay 1900/- which i will not pay as i have not used your service for that long. As everyone knows if the bill is not paid for one month the photon services will be disconnected automatically. I delayed the payment for one month (October 2015) and in the next month they have added two months bill and in the third they gave me a bill of 1900/- approx. After that i started receiving calls from customer care people to pay the bill, i never told to any customer care guy that i will not pay the bill, instead i m asking for genuine bill. If the service is barred for not paying the bill for first month then why should i pay extra two months bill for which i have not used your photon service. From last few days starting from[protected] i received call from some unknown number name zoya [protected]/[protected] they referred themselves as tata photon legal department and offered me a waver of 30% on the bill of 1900/- and asked me to pay rs 1400/- to close the issue. I asked them to mail me the same thing whatever they have mentioned me on call, but they refused me saying that they dont have that authority to mail me. They way they were talking was totally absurd and rude manner. They were shouting & yelling at me also they threatened saying that if you are not interested then dont pay the bill they least bother. I was following them on mobile messages so i have proof of messages. I will conclude saying that from start i m ready to pay the bill but i will not pay any extra amount to tata photon. I have raised complaint against the same but sometimes they disconnect my call finally on 30-april-2016 i filled a complain with service request number[protected] still i m writing this for records so that my complain should not go unnoticed. Kindly look into this provide a solution for the same.
