[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Extra amount not refunded | |||
Hi, I had a tata docomo post paid connection. The number is [protected]. I ported this number to vodafone in month october 2016. I paid an extra amount of 1466 before porting. So, i requested the company over their customer care email address. Also i got an acknowledgement from them that, the amount will be refunded back in form of check to my mailing address. Though it's almost more than 9 months still the amount has not been refunded. I have written around 20 mails after that. As, my current address has been changed so i have provided my address proof 3 times. But each time a different customer care coming up with some absurd reply. Their customer care number[protected] is also not working, so not able to convey my concern also. Please take hard action against these people so that common people won't face such harassment.
