Tata Docomo — Fake resolving | |||
Gave a compliant that 200 Rs got detected against mobile data usage while having the internet pack. After 10 days customer executive called and inquired the concern and finally he refunded only 100 Rs instead of 200 Rs. He is not at all listening to me about the concern, blindly he is saying thanks for contacting customer support and disconnected the call. Tata DOCOMO simply cheating the customers and making a eye wash which really frustrates the customer and doesn't solve the customer concern. As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.141.80/- usage of (491286 KB) for browsing as you have latched with Vodafone while you are under roaming from dated[protected] to[protected], hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.100/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 31-DEC-2015 at 02:37PM. Further, the same cannot be refunded. We request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if the selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB.
