[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — For cash back of tata photon plus device

My name is Karan Sharma. I have a complaint against TATA PHOTON PLUS. My Tata photon no was [protected]. I Purchased TATA PHOTON PLUS device in April 2013 but from the very first day of my purchase it was not working due to network problem. I raised many complaints to the customer care department even talked with many customer care executives too, they told me that there was network problem at my place. they said me to submit this device and I will get my cash back of 1000/- rupees and i need not pay any uses charges of 3 or 4 days if I would submit next day i.e on 3 May 2013 I had submitted the device very next day (I have proof) at tata outlet. After that I received 466/- amount bill, I paid this bill on time. I raised request so many times against it as req no[protected] &[protected] but there is no response. Still I couldn't get my money back. Now I need my 1500 back for which Its very long time I have waited. Otherwise I will case on them. Please help me. Thanks, Karan Sharma [protected]

I submitted complaint (ID: 888945) on 22 Apr 2014 against Tata photo.Now they are not giving any reply of my mail from last some time.As I submitted all documents please help me to get back my 1500/- back.
