As per our discussion over call, kindly note the following information.
1) Disconnection request:
We would like to inform you that we have received your concern of withdrawing the disconnection request which was raised on 23rd August 2014 with service request number[protected] to avoid exit fee charges in your account in a priority basis to resolve it at the earliest and we are working for the same, hence we request you to kindly co-operate with us. We will get back to you shortly.
02) Safe custody information:
We would like to inform you that we can keep your connection in Safe Custody according to the below mentioned features.
I. Connection status will be suspended within the period.
II. Safe Custody facility can be availed up to 90 days.
III. All billed/unbilled amounts should be cleared.
IV. Charges for the service is Rs.75 per month.
V. Within Safe Custody period billing will be stopped.
VI. Connection will be reconnected automatically after Safe Custody period.
Please be informed that the advance rental for 3 months will be completing on 9th Sept 2014 for your above mentioned Tata Photon account, hence rental charges will be levied from 10th Sept 2014. Please do notify us 2 days in advance so that we can process the Safe Custody activation request to stop further billing.
