Tata Docomo — Harassment by sending of billing invoices despite multiple emails

Dear Madam/Sir, I have sent multiple email to Tata Docomo to disconnect my photon. I have not been using the device for a month now. I have sent enough notes to them to disconnect. However, they have again invoiced me this month. I had another connection and that company obliged to get it disconnected immediately. They have indeed disconnected too. This problem is only with Tata Docomo which seems to act deaf and give trouble. I am currently using a Tata Photon+ dongle and my monthly plan is 1057. I would request your good self to kindly help me get this harassment over. I have sent mails to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com" and also made a complaint online, to no effect Regards Raveendran V.

This is exactly the challenge with your site. Why does not I get a response back from the website when I raise a complaint through the website? I have raised a cancellation notice again today to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. These are the means to nothing but cheat the customers. I am raising a complaint right now to close the connection with immediate effect.

I tried raising a request again through the website, as well. That did not happen.

I'm fed up with this Tata Docomo team. I had raised this complaint on Sep 4. Today is 18th. I have cleared all the outstanding balances, till 14th of September, 2014. Yes, till 14th of September, 2014. Now the Tata Photon Docomo team is saying that the connection is going to be closed on Sep 25, 2014 and I have to clear all the balances, retro-active to that. Isn't this really a case of harassment? This is all happening, keeping in lieu of the fact that I had raised this complaint on Sep 4, 2014 and I have not been availing their services for more than a month. Need your intervention in solving this.

Despite all this, Docomo Photon team has shamelessly sent the next bill.

Can the consumer complaints team really help me from this never ending torture by the cheats called Tata Docomo?

I think, Tata Docomo is never going to stop the torture. I'm pretty sure about it. They have slammed the next bill again today. This was despite being promised that my account has been closed. Is there any way to protect the customers from the wrath from cheats like Tata Docomo? Please see the mail proof screenshots for the same.

I keep hearing from you that the connection has been closed. I also keep receiving bills from your billing department without fail on a regular basis. This is exasperating, This is happening despite my repeated reminders. Is there a way to stop me from this repeated harassment? I'm actually fed up. This is a never ending story. Getting a tata photon connection has been such a big mistake. I'm now willing to go to the court if that is that is the only option that is remaining. This is a huge mental stress because of the Tata comapany's cheating policies.
