Tata Docomo — Incorrect Details Updated. | |||
Hi, I have sent an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com twice and have waited for more than a week but there was no response. I got my number converted to Postpaid around 3 months back. Details are below. Relationship Number [protected] Tata Docomo No. [protected] My details which have been updated are incorrect. I called in to get this corrected but i still see the incorrect information. My name is Nasim Taj, and there is no "S" in my name so please remove the Initial "S" from my name. My email address is nasim.[protected]@rediffmail please correct that as well. I need my bill in my email as well as printed Hardcopy sent to my physical address. I have not received even single bill in my email or to my physical address. Executive whome came to collect my documents and security deposit collected 850rs but in the bill it shows the security deposit as 500rs, i request you to please look in to that. As i have mentioned in my first post that i have already sent 2 emails to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and i have not received a reply back till now. The ETA for reply is 24Hrs but it been more than 2 weeks now. I will send a third mail today could you please make sure that they reply back to me.
