[Resolved] Tata Docomo — internet balance not given as promised and very bad customer experience | |||
I bought a tata photon max wifi data card([protected]) last month. It was a prepaid connection and I was told that I would get 1GB extra data for the next 4 recharges. I recharged for Rs 275 (transaction id BINB[protected]) on 9th Jan and I only got 1 gb data and the extra GB which was promised to me wasn't added to my account. The thing which amazes me is that their customer care centers doesn't even have updated databases. When I asked the customer care representative about my Internet balance, he told me that I don't have any balance and I haven't recharged for any amount however I was able to surf the Internet and when I checked the data balance through photon self care link it was showing more 900MB available. Although the last recharge details are not available there as well. I don't know how they update their databases but surely they are not doing it right. When I tried to send the complaint through their website(https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx), the first field itself resets the whole page again and again. So, I have no way of communicating to them online. As for now, I only want the extra 1 GB which was promised to me earlier and please update your databases correctly and in a timely manner otherwise you are definitely going to lose a lot of customers.
