[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Irregularity in billing | |||
Its been several times that wrong bill plan is implemented then I keep writing to listen and then the executive waives off but again in the next bill cycle I am penalised and when they are asked to send confirmatory Email they do not send . It is a big mental harassment quoting my letter "1.I wish to inform that the service of your tata Photon executives is very poor . The phone that flashes on the TATA photon icon is incorrect . 2. Whenever we call we are not able to hear anything when Mr. Nitesh is there at the call centre . When we can hear all the tones clearly but the moment Nitesh starts speaking there is a problem. I think you need to change him since I have a feeling he is deliberately doing it to harass me. The call I made was at 7.40 today morning. 3. I have been regularly harassed by your call centre as far as bill is concerned. I was told that the plan is of capping and would not get bill more than 500 Rs. Yet every time I am getting the bill many times more than that. My account number is :[protected] fro Tata photon 4. Most of the time there is connectivity problem . Kindly the excess charged to me should be refunded . And late fee payment as well since delay in answering was from your side. Another problem is with Cell phone bill : I had topped up for Thailand under your scheme INR 500 Rs. And for 3 seconds call entire 500 was swapped out .
