[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Issue - Tata Photon Plus Prepaid Balance and no network coverage in Pimple Saudagar | |||
To, Mr.Sujit Sawargaonkar Tata Docomo Customer care Pune Subject:-Complaint about the Tataphoton Prepaid - request to balance carry forward due to no network coverage. Respected Sir, There is no Network Coverage in my area (Pimple Saudagar, pune) since last 4-5 months and hence i couldn't use my prepaid card (photon plus) even after sufficient balance (15 GB, recharged in Aug'13), which was lapsed on 26th Feb 14 I have raised many tickets to your support team to carry forward my balance until you fix the network issue but didn't get any response . Ticket nos : TEST12053463 TEST12054258 TEST12086813 They closed all the tickets without resolving my issue/ concern.
