[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Issue Tataphoton max data card # [protected]

Dear Team, I have bought two weeks back Tata Photonmax data card ([protected]) and having connectivity issues. Its taking long time for any site to open and also its very slow even though devise having 6.2MBPS capacity. Today I have checked with Photon retail shot @ ITPL, Bangalore and they tested & saying issue with device. And they ask me to send mail and technical team will come & check device and they will replace new device if roblem with device issue for having connectivity of signals issue. I have raised compliant and not getting proper response. Need your advice for getting re-imbursement amount for the devise which I have spent and they have not even replace the device as well...
