Tata Docomo — Late delivery and non activation of Tata Photon max wi-fi | |||
I ordered Tata Photon Max wi-fi on Jan 25th 2014. Received the device after a week and submitted the documents to the delivery man. Its been 4 days now and the services have not been activated yet. The employee Mr Shaqeel who collected the money and the documents is not picking up the calls and the customer care is not capable of doing anything except expressing their sympathy. My order no. is EC[protected] and MEID no. is A 00000 498 ADB 80. Expect the company to respond since this kind of servise is not acceptable Was this information helpful? | |||
