[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Legal actions threatening to pay bill for non usage | |||
I have been tata customer, since last year. - Acc no[protected] When I got the tata photon max (data card) tata Docomo executive said i will get speed of 6 Mbps. but I got only 1 mbps. I was cheated by his false promises. Later i made many attempts to regarding this issue. tata Docomo executive said the network is weak in my area. So it will be slow. After April - 2015 i went out station, When i received a call from tata Docomo executive. i have requested for temporary suspension for the data card, since i was not using it. When i came back to chennai, i was shocked that i was charged for during non-use period as well. Later an executive called for payment. I told her, since i requested for suspension, which is not taken as request. so I can pay for my usage alone, Since other two months were not in use. She said, she will check my usage and get back to me. But never turned up. After with no proper communication a executive called me in a rude manner asking for money, else he would go for legal actions. I can pay only for my usage which is 843, not - 2320, Was this information helpful? | |||

Current outstanding pertaining to your account is Rs.2320/- hence, request you to remit an amount of Rs.1686/- and revert us with a line of confirmation in order to adjust the remaining amount of Rs.634/- due to zero usage.
