[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Low speed,worst connection,no solution | |||
I subscribed to the tata photon max wifi pan of rs.750.the package offerd me 5gb data in the day and 5gb in the night.but yesterday night at 11.47 pm a mail was sent to mesaying that i have exhausted my day package!which i think is impossible.Not only that the utterly dumb customercare executive like previous month gave a lame excuse after my night speed was reduced to less than 1g speed!He said that the congested lace i live in is responsible for reduced speed.What he was unable to answer why the speed always reduces after the daypack exhausts that too in the night.Dont trust these frauds!my photon number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
