[Resolved] Tata Docomo — money taken and account not recharged | |||
On 03. June 2014 I recharged (or at least I thought I have... ) TATA Photon stick ph. no. [protected] at pre-paid scheme for bundled usage of 32GB, one year validity for 5000 rs ( bill no 3014) at the Tata Photon authorized shop Baghirath Communication, M/S Puranmal Rajkumar at 798/6 Main Market, Mehrauli, 110030 New Delhi. I hardly used the stick, since I went abroad in the meantime. Now, when I wanted to use it, at my unpleasant surprise, I found out that the connection was terminated and data lost. The Tata Photon customer care executive very helpfully explained me that I never recharged the stick ... Since one month I have been writing to Tata Photon and going to the shop to either recharge the stick or give the money back, but all what they were doing is just buying time, promising me that after 24 hours or 48 hours or three days that they would do something, but nothing happened so far, Kindly help me with the matter.
