Tata Docomo — New sim not working | |||
I ported my airtel number [protected] to tata docomo on 29th. The new sim was activated on 30th Dec 2016. But I am not getting service. Sim is not working. I talked and mailed to company but there is no action till now and the reply from customer care is simply "your sim is active". when I am unable to use the sim and for that they have no reply or direction what to do. Very much disappointing from Tata"s company. When Customer care reply that they can not do anything then where to go? Customer care must be able to do needful to resolve the matter by taking up the issue with concerned. It seems I have done a big mistake of porting for which I am paying now. Tata docomo should look in to and do some thing such that a customer when approaches customer care it should be addressed and resolved Was this information helpful? | |||
