Tata Docomo — No resolution yet again (Only a run around) a cheat

Tata Docomo has only one resolution ... is to say sorry ...

MY initial mail...

10 days ago i had taken a Tata Photon Plus dongle... the plan signed up
for was Rs 750 / month unlimited... 6 mbps for 5GB and later 153 kbps...
as per the executive at the hypercity malad west store ... 1st they had
committed that the activation will taken no longer that 24 hrs for
sure...(as told by both the store executive and the executive who had come
to take the documents) ...the executive who had come home had not given
any details on what plan we need to sign up ... no receipt of payment ..
just took the money and left ... well i didnt want to be a crib if i was
getting what i was promised ... next day the service was not activated ...
we called the store some one answered the call and said they are closed ...
we called the customer service number they didnt have a record of it ...
and informed us it will take 72 hrs...i kept my cool... any way after the
dongle got activated after 10 days we were unable to connect our gadgets to
the WIFI ... i called customer service they told we that the 5GB data was
already consumed and now the speed has reduced to 64kbps... i was amazed
to know that we consumed 5 gb data with no download only basic surfing
maybe facebook... twitter .. other eCommerce websites .. i also asked them
why the lowered speed was 64kbps and not 153kbps as i was told by the store
executive ... they said we dont have any plan like that now ... that offer
was 3 months old ... i informed the telecaller executive that i have the
pamphlet which i was given while signing up ... he told me he ll take my
complaint (ref[protected] ... next day i receive a call from the complaint
helpdesk who told me " we have received your complaint regarding your
donlge speed, however we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will
make sure this in not repeated in the future" WWWHHHAAAAATTTTTTTT ...
thats it ...WHERE IS MY RESOLUTION ...its like you tell your kid that
she has not done something right ... she turns around and says it wont
happen again mommy ... reaalllllyyyyy!!! u sucker ... Tata docomo cheats
their customer into buying their product by lying... once they have have
received the money they dont give a darn... cz they know that they have a
lot many to cheat ... Tata docomo is not a reputed company its a reputed
thief ... They are prompt when lying to the customer but not opening to
take a complaint... lines for complaints dont work ... i tried logging a
complaint on their website .. they sent me a OTP ... which doesnt work ...
it says please trying entering a valid OTP .. WTH.. but their payment
gateway for sure works ...

If domoco cannot resolve my problem give my money back ...

To which they i got a call from (Anurima) who was very polite and told me someone will call with a definite resolution...


Later i got a call and mail from Debasis Mukherjee, who again called to tell me they cannot do anything ... and apologized... and said cannot do anything about the speed... did not even mention the 5GB data concern ...

(Mail said) We refer to your email dated 27th June 2015 regarding overcommitment on speed issue for your Photon number [protected].

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to overcommitment on speed issue .

As per our telephonic conversation on [protected], we would like to inform you that a complaint with reference number[protected] for overcommitment on speed issue has been registered and as per complaint review necessary feedback has been shared with concerned team and also note that as per existing plan(Photon MAX [protected]@750Plan)post capping speed will be up to 64 Kbps.


I DONT WANT A RUN AROUND FOR A RESOLUTION I WANT MY MONEY BACK
