Hi, Truly speaking as new customer of Tata Photon I will never recommend to anyone I have purchase Tata Photon connection # [protected] on 21st Jan 2014 & till date I am struggling with service desk to get this thing activated. Its almost 2 week and still issue lies unattended. There is no clarity from support desk side to fix this issue. Every time i call support desk they provide me a new time line with no confirmation to fix the issue. False commitment & non adherence of time line is like a fashion at Photon service desk Being following-up from last 2 weeks, I am now frustrated with such a lethargic and pathetic approach of Tata Photon peoples.
