[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Non-refund of security deposit | |||
It's been more than 3 months now since I approached the Appellate Authority for Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Jayaraj R about non-refund of the security deposit for the number ported out of TATA INDICOM under MNP in March 2014. I sent him the first email on Nov 25th, 2014. They initially claimed the cheque was delivered and when I approached the Appellate, Ms. Prameela, Appellate Authority Secretary sent an email on Dec 1st, 2014 informing that the refund cheque was not delivered and a fresh cheque will be issued within 15-20 working days. Now they have stopped responding. My last email on Feb 16th, 2015 has still not been responded to yet. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello, I'd like to thank Tata Docomo Customer Support for finally resolving this issue on a priority. They called me and followed up with an email expressing regret. We have finally received our refund cheque and are grateful to Consumercomplaints.in for their helping hand through this forum.
