[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Non-refund of security deposit

It's been more than 3 months now since I approached the Appellate Authority for Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Jayaraj R about non-refund of the security deposit for the number ported out of TATA INDICOM under MNP in March 2014.

I sent him the first email on Nov 25th, 2014. They initially claimed the cheque was delivered and when I approached the Appellate, Ms. Prameela, Appellate Authority Secretary sent an email on Dec 1st, 2014 informing that the refund cheque was not delivered and a fresh cheque will be issued within 15-20 working days.

Now they have stopped responding. My last email on Feb 16th, 2015 has still not been responded to yet.

Hello, I'd like to thank Tata Docomo Customer Support for finally resolving this issue on a priority. They called me and followed up with an email expressing regret.
