Tata Docomo — Not getting the speed for the net | |||
Sir, I purchased Tata photon max wifi 7 months ago. In the starting it was working absolutely fine for about 2 weeks. Then there was a sudden dip in speed as low as 0.2 Mbps. I had a number of complaints registered at customer care of tata photon but they said there are large number o[censored]sers in the area and they gave excuses that there is up gradation work going on around my area which I asked them and they told they can't tell where is up gradation going on. After some days the speed of net started coming for about 1-2 Mbps against max speed of 9.5 Mbps . I thought that I should carry on with this connection as 1 - 2 Mbps was a decent speed .But now again from the past two months the speed of the connection has dipped to as low as 0.1 - 0.5 Mbps. The speed remains between this and it never rises above 0.5 Mbps as I check the speed everyday at different time intervals. I am really unsatisfied with their service provided by them. I want you to take strict action against Tata photon company as it is making fake promises to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
