Tata Docomo — number disconnected without prior notice

I am using my tata docomo number from 6 years which is a prepaid. But suddenly on 23 may 20189 it was disconnected. I am not able to find any customer care store nor able to reach any customer care centre. I tried to connect to Airtel store but they refused to help. I sent an email to tat Docomo customer care and Customer service guys informed that this number is permanently disconnected, but i am using this number from more than 6 years how can i get my number back. Please advise on this situation.

Not work, no any response,
Incoming outgoing calls stop and msg stop.
So do something as soon as possible

I have been trying to port from Docomo to another network.. When tried to port, there is no response and I have been getting charged for the SMS.
Can you please help me in this ?

Call ends abruptly when I make a call and not receiving any incoming calls.
Not able to call 121 either.
