[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Payment Reminder Notice after 4 years

Hi, I am Javed Khan and I was holding Tata Docomo number four years back in Kolkata and I have closed while moving from Kolkata in Jan 2010. Now I am regulary getting reminder for paying overdue amount which I really dont think is genuine. I replied to the sender (Bhaskar Bhattacharya) and ask why didn't they sent this mail earlier? But they are not replieng to my mails and just sending reminders again and again. I am pasting the contents below: Greetings from Tata DOCOMO!! A/C No.[protected] Del No. – [protected] Product - CDMA Mobile Subject: Very Urgent Communication_ PaymentReminder Notice (Legal) _ Tata DOCOMO _ A Gentle Reminder. Dear Sir / Madam, Thisis the Gentle reminder notice to inform you that your account with us is stillpast overdue. Few days ago, we sent you a notice requesting payment of Rs. 840 By16th March’14 against above mention account number butstill youhave failed and neglected to pay in spite of repeated requests and demands. Incase of failure to clear the aforementioned dues immediately, the company shallbe forced to initiate legal actions entirely at your own risk as to cost andconsequences, without any further communication which you may please note. Ifthere is a reason why you cannot make this payment immediately, please call Mondayto Friday between 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM to Mr. R. Tripathi at[protected] to work out some sort of payment schedule for settlement. Ilook forward to hearing from you within the given timeline so that the mattercan be resolved urgently & amicably. For further clarification & settlement you can send yourrepresentative to our nearest Tata DOCOMO store.
