[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Photon Max Wi-Fi Connection not activated | |||
Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max Wi-fi connection from Tata Docomo shop online. I received the device on Saturday i.e. 1st March 2014 and also submitted all the required documents to the representative who delivered the device. It's been more than 72 hrs and no one even bothered to call me or activate my device. I tried reaching the Customer Care but without the docomo phone number, it is not possible to speak to them. But since my connection is not activated, I don't have any docomo phone number for my new connection. My order# EC[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

How long more will it take? It's been more than a week i submitted my documents. But nothing happened even after complaining. Is this how you people provide docomo service? The worst service in India i came across so far.
This is real ridiculous. I would Iike to get my money back. If it's not possible then let me know i'll like to proceed legally.

Hello. I had purchased Tata Docomo Max WI-FI connection on Friday. I have submitted the required papers but still my device hasn't been activated yet. I tried calling customer care but when asked for Photon number, I didn't have any. The box in which i bought my WIFI device has a mobile number and sim no, but even they don't work when i used them while calling customer care. Please resolve this issue

Hello i purchased tata photon wifi 3 days before and a person came home verified n i also verified with customer care they said it ll be activated within 15 mins n when i connected my dongle it is asking me mdn number and when i went to ota activated its showing activation failed... no one is responding from your side my photon number is [protected]
I have upgraded my device from photon plus to photon max wifi. I have recieved my device on 6th feb 2017. But till today 12th feb, my device is not activated. I wan to ask tata photon team why it takes this much time for activation. Now i am planning to opt some other service provider if problem is not rectified in next two days.
