[Resolved] Tata Docomo — POSTPAID to PREPAID migration | |||
i have ported my number from airtel(prepaid) to docomo(postpaid) on sept 17th 2014 through docomo showroom located in vellore and i have informed that i can migrate from postpaid to prepaid when ever i want..but on nov 8th (i.e after 51 days being a postpaid customer i informed the showroom officer that iam migrating to other state so i dont want to be postpaid customer anymore...to complete the process they told me to pay rs.350 and asked me to submit the proof for prepaid conformation...but till now my number continues to be postpaid ...when i call customer care they tell us to meet showroom officer ...if i go to showroom they are saying me to wait for some more time...kindly help me to migrate from postpaid to prepaid Was this information helpful? | |||
