Tata Docomo — Postpaid to prepaid migration delay and outstanding due issue

My Photon number:[protected] Here is few background on the issue that I faced and the kind of resolution I am looking for: I have been trying to migrate my photon+ postpaid connection to pre-paid and I have raised a couple of service request for it[protected] and[protected]. The first request was closed since the required documents did not reach on time. The second request was taking a really a lot time to get resolved. My last payment was made on 4Aug2014 leaving no due in my account. Complaint[protected] was raised against the service request[protected] for their delay in trying resolving it. After that series of mail communication went to [protected]@tatadocomo.com in an effort to sort out the issue. 8Sep2014 is the last mail communication that i got the reply from that mail thread. The issue was not at all resolved. There was no service provided during these time and the connection was suspended. I could not connect to internet by setting either in postpaid or prepaid mode. I keep getting bill generated for which I was not provided service at all. Finally got a mail stating that service is being stopped at 4Nov2014. The due in my account is stated as Rs.4270. Here are my few questions to you in the effort of resolving this. 1. Why do i have to pay the bills for which I have not been provided service at all? 2. The due states an amount of Rs.4270. Is there any part of this amount is for a month for which I have been provided any service? I have tried using multiple sources like customer care, the local photon officials, appellate officer - karnataka etc to sort it out. But no response from them. Please look into this issue asap and revert back with a helpful resolution.

Any update on this? May I what is the status?

I didnot receive any further call from docomo except for the one call that was made to verify the complaint.

I received a couple of mails with my registered mail id stating "Rs1300 has been credited to my account". Please let me know what is the action taken with respect to this issue and do I still have any due amount in my account?
