Tata Docomo — Prepaid to postpaid conversion complaint

Hi Tata Indicom Team, I have paid 300 rupees to your agent and have submitted the Pan Card and voter id to the compnay by whats up and it has been accepted but my number is still not converted from prepaid to postpaid so i want to know why it was not activated while i have given my all details with the money.After taking money you have not told me why it was not activated. No reply i have got from your end MY Satural Solution no is 1128 and i have given 300 rupees on 13/11/2014 and submitted the documents on whats up no [protected].
