[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Raising Bills even after closure - Tata Photon Internet facility | |||
Dear Team, Please look into below mentioned complaints . 1. I have requested to close my Internet facility (Photon No. [protected]) on 19/07/2014 after clearing the dues upto date (Rs.724/-) 2.Received message on 27th (request for closure received) & July 31( confirmation on closing of request for cancellation ), 3.I have again paid Rs. 291/- on Aug 14, the balance amount due as on 31/07/2014 I haven.t used the Internet after 20th July 2014 and now Rs.390/- has been raised against sept 2014, for which i havn't used. As per the discussion over the call on your number. We would like to inform you that we have already registered your request for cancellation on 08-OCT-2014 11:41:06 with docket number:[protected].
Please save your vide docket number for future correspondence.
We would like to inform you that ¿
i. The outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours.
ii. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and the billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
iii. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs.0/-.
iv. The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days.
v. Your billing cycle is 15th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection.
Further, your complaint regarding billing adjustment has also been registered with docket number:[protected] and expected to be resolved soon. Kindly bear with us our concern team will revert you shortly.
