Tata Docomo — Receiving bills even after getting NOC for mutual disclosure from Tata Teleservices Ltd. | |||
Dear sir / Madam, I had requested to close my TATA photon number [protected] & on request received a Full & Final settlement letter for a total due amount of Rs. 1100/- which was paid by me through net-banking on very next day. The payment confirmation was received on my email ID registered with them. Despite the payment receipt & NOC lying with me, the TATA customer care official are asking to pay the next bill cycle amount & denying the authenticity of NOC & payment receipt. In this regard, I have tried enough to get in touch with Mr. Sanjay Tikku on the number[protected] as provided by TATA CC executive but all in vain as the number is as usual un-answered. Although I have emailed them the complete detail on appllateauthority.[protected]@tatatel.co.in but have not received any reply for metter resolve.
