Sir I have recharged my tata docomo sim ( [protected]) with 110 Rs through mobile banking it has shown that transaction is succesful and money was debited from my bank account but recharge amount was not credited to my number.My Name is B.krishna kishore, Bank account No. [protected] SBI, Fathekhanpet Branch, IFSC code: SBIN0001344, Nellore, Andhrapradesh, Mobile no. As per the discussion over the call on your number, we would like to inform you that your recharge of Rs. 110/- is not reflecting in your account as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. However, in case of any failure transactions the amount will be credited back to the account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge.
If the amount does not reflect within the specified time then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.
