[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding slow internet speed facing from last 4 months..... | |
Sir or Madam,
I am using this data card (Tata Photon plus - [protected]) from last 3-4 years.From 26th Dec'14 onwards data plan was changed from 11 Gb (unlimited) to 30Gb (unlimited) plan, before 26th Dec'14 there was no issue regarding speed, but from 26th Dec'14 onwards I am getting Internet speed of 20 Kbps why so? During the month of April'15 I complaint regarding the Internet speed, though some improvement was there in April month but from 26th April'15 onwards same issue is going on, I don't care what technical problem you people are facing.
If I don't get the required speed I will not pay any further payment and If you want you can discontinue the services.
