Stupid service from TATA DOCOMO.
I was at outlet, as per email communication the customer service executive said the service is barred due to negative Verification. But these people were not even hearing my issue. And asked to pay the outstanding amount of 294.
This is my last month for using this nonsense service, will port to Vodafone. I was old customer of Tata docomo but not satisfied by nonsense answers and pathetic service.
I am really DISAPPOINTED BY THIS. They just want to loot money from this tactics. You are just stupid and nonsense.

Further, you can get outgoing services unbarred by submitting your complete supporting documents (passport size photograph, your proof of identity and proof of address) at any Tata Docomo outlet. Your services will be restored shortly after submitting your documents and verification. Hence, I request you to kindly make a note of the same.
