Tata Docomo — sim not working correctly | |||
Dear sir, I used mnp service to convert my vodafone no [protected] into docomo service provider but since I am using docomo service i am facing a big problem with this sim. every mobile using this sim will get hanged while using this sim to resolve this problem i purchased duplicate sim again but the problem is not resolved so i am writing to u please help me over it what should i do now. We tried to speak to you personally on your number, regarding services of your Tata Docomo connection number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that you are facing the problem due to service network and hence, we request you to use the sim in normal mobile apart from the smart phone.
