[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Slow Speed when i download torrent

Meri Photon whiz ka number hai [protected] and iski speed hai 14 kb par customer care wale iski speed 150 kb ke aas pass batate hai aur jab mai torrent download karta hoon toh iski speed bilkul hi slow hoti hai bytes mai aa jaati hai mai bahut pareshaan hoon koi iska solution bata do yaar mai toh abhi ishe bechne ki soch raha hoon customer waalo ko phone karne pe wo kehte hai ki iski speed itni hi hai please tell me solution of my problem
