Tata Docomo — slowest 3G internet | |||
Hi, this is vamsi form teghoria, kolkata ...I have take Tata Docomo photon max wifi corporate connection and my photon no. is [protected]. Since last 3 and half months I am not getting internet properly... there is a continuous disruption and facing very very slow network ie., around 98 kbps ... I called to customer care for several times. Each time they were saying like connection will be rectified within one month. But actually 4 months happened but there was no improvement ... Finally I called today and I came to know that they are receiving several complaints from last 6 months in that area... I donno why company is not trying to rectify it and giving false statements ... If they are not able provide good network they should stop providing connection in that area but they are looting money from public and not providing connecting and no one is taking care of it.
