[Resolved] Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO GIVING WRONG COMMITMENT AND CHARGING RENTAL AMOUNT | |||
I have taken post paid connection with tata docomo and the sales representative confirmed that it is rental free connection and i just need to pay only usage amount in the respective billing cycle, but they added rental amount in the first billing cycle so i refused to pay the due amount and asked them to deactivate my mobile number. Somebody spoke to me today morning and he said that he is representative from government of India passport office as am violating company policy and not paying the amount around 550.
