Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Post paid connection closing | |||
Hi.. I am Krishna. I have taken Tata Docomo Connection number : [protected]. On first day of calling, I have experienced a bad service, because I am unable to listen other side voice clearly and even 2G net is also not working as other networks do good. I have experienced till as same for one week. So I decided not use this network. After around 15 days I have received A bill for payment around Rs.150. I decided not pay and i called to customer care that i was not using your network so disconnect it. They asked to pay money. I told them that I did not use it for valuable calls and net (that was worst experience to use). Again after 1 month a bill for Rs.350 for which I did not use it. As I got bills 2nd month Rs.550, later month Rs.1150. First question to you people, why should I pay bills ? I did not use at all. Please disconnect the connection and do not send me bills. Why you people are frequently calling me to pay bills. I told Customer care that I did not use your network properly, Why should I Pay bills. Please do not make auto system calls and customer calls to me. This is treated as some kind of harassment. If you send me around Rs. 150, first bill amount to pay, I am ready to pay that much amount. Because I used for some calls even I faced so much disturbance. I am not ready to pay that big amount around Rs. 1000. After using one week this number, I did not use the sim even I am getting bills to pay. After one week o[censored]sing, I told customer care that I was not going to use your network. STOP CALLING !!.
