[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo - Worst Service providers | |||
I purchased a Tata Docomo WiFi dongle by march 1st week, but i was not able to use it as the device did not connect to internet. Regarding this i raised a complaint with customer care team where they initially tried with basic solutions with them but was not successful, so they said that their technical team will contact me. then received a call from technical team but that time i did not have my device on hand so i requested them to call me in 15 min for which they agreed but they did not call me back. I was actually waiting but they closed my complain. I raised new complaint and the same steps but this time I waited for 2 days, no response and again my complain was closed Now again i had to start the process from initial steps, I raised a new complain and this time I was little cautious waiting for the call with my device on hand wherever I go but this time I got a call which went only for one ring but got disconnected before I could attend the call, this happened couple of times and again my complain was closed. Now i felt irritated and i raised a complain again and told what happened to my earlier complaints and now actually I received the call but again they were not able to help so I was informed that their technician would visit directly and finally this happened and he confirmed that I have been provided a fault device so asked me to contact the person from whom I brought the device and now I was behind him for some days making daily calls but nothing moved he was just acting as if he is helpong me and after some day his mobile was always in switched off and came to know that he was relocated to some other location. Again it starts for me to raise the complain and this time i was told that the technician would visit my place and give me a new device but you would not believe me that device which he brought was also not working. Still I calmed myself down, the technician told that he would take both the devices and promised me to give a working device the next day. I had no other choice and trust me its more than 10 days and no response from him and I have not got my device :( Now I have raised couple of complaints on this still running running and running behind these guys but of no use. So guys please be aware of how these people treat customers and dont ever think of choosing these people . They give u a hard time in the worst possible way and for already existing customers i[censored] face some trouble Never ever get carried away with their sweet words from customer executives tats only from their mouth as regular dialogues only for which they are paid for.
