[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Photon+ connection suspended but bills are generated | |||
I was using Tata Photon+ (for some years[protected] with 5GB unlimited connection but due to speed and connectivity issue planned to close it. When i raised it up with Customer Care they blankly said it can not be done and you have to visit the Tata Photon centre. I visited "Madhapur, Hyderabad" Tata Photon outlet during June 2013 and to my surprise they were also not willing to cancel my connection even though after providing all the documents. I asked them how to cancel the connection they lastly said we can only suspend your connection and from that time my connection is in suspended mode and i have not used it till date (close to an year). I have started getting calls from Tata Photon Executive about payment for the bills. I don't understand why the bills are generated if my connection is suspended/barred and there is no usage. I request Tata Photon to look into the matter urgently and close my connection as i should not be billed for something which i never used and the connection status as suspended/barred.
