Tata Docomo — Tata photon plus cheating | |||
I am K.Murali and held tata photon service which was shifted from my brother. Due to the bankrupt, I called the customer care people on Jan 8, 2014 and I asked for the cancellation of the service. But, they polishly asked me to change the plan. I was so strong but they were so strong to keep my account. What happened recently is they are asking me to pay for the original plan and I told them that I don't want to pay the original plan. I specifically told the customer care people that due to this change, please keep the plan change and dont ask me to pay for the next month and they agreed to pay. And they started to send message which are very rude that non payment of this due will lead you to legal consequences. My brother is planning to take home loan and being scared to come under the scanner of sibel, I paid the amount on behalf of my brother. Please help me in this regard to get my amount back. Thanks for your support and I am also trying my best to get this. My account number is[protected] and I am not provided with any 10 digit number.
Because today morning I got sms from the docomo saying that this month bill is 139 and I have to pay this. But, on Feb 11, 2014 I got sms saying I have to pay 1400 rupees and I paid it. I also requested that I dont need any of tata service after that. And I havenot used the instrument after that. But, god sake, I dont know how it activated and how the next month bill got generated, god only knows.
Literally speaking, I am unable to digest these kind of services.
Please let me know if you need any other information on this.

As of now, no updates on this query. Even they got my mobile number and mail id, they have not responded to the query and still I am getting alert from them to pay the due for not using the internet services for the past two months.
