[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unable to port no support from the company | |||
My name Praveen Bijapur Mob no [protected].Due to poor service i was porting from docomo to Airtel... I hav done all documentation from my side... Residing in pune basically from karnataka i am facing too many problems without porting and poor network... There is no voice support from dem... And nt recieving my complaints Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that kindly reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo by going to the network settings option. However, If you still face the same problem kindly revert us for further proceedings of your concern. Kindly make a note of the same.
Procedure for the same is : Settings > Wireless and Network settings > Mobile networks (Select network operator) > and Select the Tata Docomo option.
