[Resolved] Tata Docomo — verry slow internet speed | |||
Hello Team, I am using Tata Photon Dongle no. [protected] for Internet. Last 0-15 days internet speed is coming very slow and i have sent complain for this and support center contact me and told me that in your area we are unable to resolve this issue. i asked why then they replied that we are unable. Each time they replied same sentence. and after that they sent me message that your complain resolved. Without any solution they resolved my complain. And this type of indecent happened serveral time. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||

Kindly note our technical team is constantly working towards the up gradation of all cell sites across the city to enhance better network for our customers. While this activity is being carried out, we are also planning for installation of new cell site at your nearby location which will optimize the coverage and give better network.
