[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Very slow internet speed - unsatisfactory response from CC | |||
My tata photon number is [protected]. I have been using photon for 5 years without any major issues. For the past couple of months, the internet speed is so slow and gets disconnected often. This is affecting I have called customer care thrice and they say it is due to lot o[censored]sers using the server at that point of time or technical issues they are facing and their engineers are working on it. Does it take 2 months to resolve a technical issue, even smaller companies do better than that. My contact details should be in their records. Hope to hear from them soon. In this regards, we would like to inform you the area you have referred to, is congested due to high number o[censored]ser using service at same time. The improvement in speed may only happen if the congestion of the given sites goes down, which can’t be predicted at this given point in time. Regret the inconvenience caused.
