[Resolved] Tata Docomo — worst and pathetic experience with tata photon max | |||
I want to register this complain on public forum where all the consumer should be aware about the services of tata photon. Before they sell they committed the speed of 3.1mbps but actually I am getting the speed of 20kbps which worst ever even from 2g mobile speed. When I register the complain on customer service they suggest that I can discontinue the service if I am not satisfied, I was socked to hear this, I bought this device for 2000 Rs. And that too not returnable nor I can use it for different for other network... waste waste waste ...Please don't waste money on buying TATA photon . Was this information helpful? | |||
