[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst service and show room cheating customers | |||
Hi, I have been using Tata photon + post paid for more than 5 years, Dec-2014 i requested to terminate photon + and got tata wifi dongle. but now I got a mail for the old post paid photon service... I have done the termination request at Radha nagar docomo show room, chromepet, chennai-600044. The staff named - prasath. When I was there buying WIFI dongle, this fellow staff voluntarily compelled me to get two post paid sim for RS.99 rental/per month each. I never had an I idea to get postpaid sim. he said that this is privileged customer offer and asked me to get two sim with CUG between these. finally I got those sim with wifi dongle. But after one week when I asked him about activation he gave me a shock to pay 300rs/sim...and said that this offer is not applicable for you. i fought for three days and finally return back with a single sim. Did i ask him for a sim? and that day itself i asked him to terminate the photon + service and he said he will change it to prepaid which i accepted and submitted the documents. but now again i am crawling with the show room staffs, they simply said that they forget to do so.
