[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Worst telecom service provider in India

First Fraud: I had bought tata docomo wifi max in february 2014. At that time I was being told by Tata docomo service center in Mohali (phase 3B 2) that there is pre paid plan comes in for Wifi max device. I took the device in post paid plan due to that. But at same day I found out on Tata docomo's website that they give prepaid plans for Wifi max. I called them many times to convert my plan. Some guys maintained that there is no pre paid plan whereas others said there is prepaid plans but I can not get them before 3-4 months. I didnt pursue that further and kept on using it in post paid manner till following occurs: Second Fraud: In the month of may I was throw with a bill of 1400 with excessive data usage than 2 gb limit of my plan. I paid the bill on time and started keeping tab on my data usage. In the month of June I used the device for only 600 mb and again I was thrown with a bill of 1400 for month of june. I asked tata docomo to stop my connection right away and to revert the ecessive expenses. They didnt stopped my connected made a pile of 2100 bill. I am having complaint number when I asked Tata docomo to stop the services. Now they are making calls from their recovery department to recover the money. I am ready to pay whatever was my bill amount for month of june. If you are using Tata's data plan then you should check your usage and check with their bill for sure. Regards Vikas
