[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong bill generated | |||
Hi I am Prakash Kumar mishra my tata photon number is [protected] and last month when i have pay my December month bill and on same day i request to convert my postpaid plan into prepaid and also fill the form for the same in your naraina TATA store .after that i have receive a call from your side and they are saying that they are change my plan which was Rs.300 01GB unlimited and that time they give me surety that my bill not be exceed more than 300 rs + service tax then only i agree to continue to go with postpaid but now they are send me the bill of Rs.854/- so its my request to you kindly look into this because i am not be able to pay the same amount.
