Dear sir Main Tarun Kumar mujhe tata indicom wale call karke bol rahe hai apna outstanding bill pay karo maine last bill pay kiya tha tab maine unko bola mera no. band kar do unhone kaha apka no. band h bus aap bill pay kar do maine 495 ka bill pay kar diya uske baad maine wo sim phenk di ab unka 4 month baad call aa raha h bol rahe h aapne 4 month se bill pay nahi kiya bill pay karo or mujhe court me complaint dalne ki dhamki de rahe h jabki us no ko maine use bhi nhi kiya 4 month se na hi incoming or na hi outgoing chehe to aap bhi check karwa sakte ho unse maine unko bola to wo bole aapka no. chalu h aapko bill pay karna hoga ab aap hi batao main kya karu jo no. maine 4 month se use nhi kiya uska bill m kyon pay karu. no. mujhe yaad nhi but account no. is[protected]. please aap hi meri help karo. I have a tata docomo connection from last 1 year, and my issue is dnd activated automatically, and it will take 3 month for deactivation.
When i ask customer care personal to solve my problem, they don't have any solution regarding these issues.
