Tata Indicom — Fake bill calls | |||
Hello Sir, My name is Ankit, i use a tata indicom connection in 2014, my account no was[protected] and phone no was [protected]. In july 2014 i got a bill of 4496. I talk to customer care and submit 4000 rs. Customer care settled my bill after discuss with manager. I also request to close the connection as i was moving from that address and on new address tata service was not available. But recently i got a call from an advocate and he say that he is going to file a case against me in behalf of TATA Indicom for a pending bill of 2000 around. My complaint is when i have request for close connection and i am not using service after july 2014 then how a fake bill genrate and this is the way to collect the bill.
