Tata Indicom — illegal raising of churnout fee against mob.no.[protected] | |||
I was used a mobile no. [protected] of Tata indicom. The number was used by me as an individual capacity. When i close the mobile number the company has made a churnout fee and shown as a corporate capacity. When i was used an individual capacity why i pay the churnout fee as a corporate capacity. I made several request to customer care of Tata indicom to wave out the amount but not yet done. The company has hide the information about churnout fee at the time of closing the such number. I am serving in CISF (MHA) as a Sub-Inspector and as per my information the number provided by company/firm that is called corporate but my office has not provide the such facility. I am applied in individual capacity and used as a individual capacity they why i pay the churnout fee as a corporate capacity. Several calls came from his customer care for paying. Tata indicom has informed me on 10/04/2014 that churnout fee did not wave out because u have permanently disconnected the phone before time. It is submitted that at the time of disconnection no body can say from Tata customer care that i[censored] disconnected before time the churnout fee pay by you. Also mentioned that i m an individual and the connection was not used on the capacity of corporate so why i pay the coporate churnout charge. Tata indicom has threatened me for legal proceedings. I was already requested tata indicom to provide the procedure for providing corporate connection but till the company has not provided. When i was used the number as individual capacity why i paid the charges of churnout as a corporate capacity. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem
