I want to cancel my post paid tata indicomm number. In spite of calling 121 cust care 3 times, they are not forwarding my request. As per our conversation over the call on your number, you have requested for cancellation of number and expressed your dissatisfaction towards service. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have already registered your request of cancellation with the docket number[protected] on 28-SEP-2015 13:51:09 PM. Hence, the same is under process. Please save your docket number in case of any requirement for reference. Please find cancellation process for the account below: (1) Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. (2) Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. (3) Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 00/-. (4) The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days. (5) Your billing cycle is 25th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. Further, we value your feedback and your views will be escalated to the higher management as feedback of the customer which will be helpful in increasing the pro-activeness for the agents.
